Sprint Manager and Creative Lead

Jet-Tron was a very unique opportunity for me, where I was able to pitch a studio-scale project to a team and then plan the process of making a vertical slice over 11 weeks of development, working with members over 3 different professions, VFX production, game dev and game design.

I was given the responsibility of allocating tasks to team members in weekly sprints, which meant managing delivery deadlines for game graphics, systems development, UI/UX and gameplay balancing.

Additionally, I was lead animator on the player character and Attack animations.
